When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped in 10 business days (Monday-Friday) , for those who's leadtime is longer, it is noted on the sales page and also and e-mail will be sent with the approximate ship date.
How will my order ship?
Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground. At this time only orders shipped within the US are accepeted.
Can I have a rush order?
We are sorry but we do not offer rush service. Our items are made to order and we pride ourselves on qualitiy. If you are close to your shower (less than 10 days) date please contact us to see if an item can ship in time. All orders that are not placed in time for your event will be cancelled without any credit card processing.
Favor Minimums
We require that a minimum of 10 favors per order, you can mix and match with in a style, but not mix and match all the items.
Example,
5 blue and 5 pink Baby food Jar candles -- OK
5 Vanilla Wax Bears and 5 Pink Baby Food Jar Candles -- Do not meet min order requirements

Return Policy
We will accept returns with in 15 days of receipt of order. Exception are personalized favors, food items, gifts and invitations, these items are not returnable unless the product is defective.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, it must be cancelled within 48 hours of placement and this must be done in a confirmed e-mail
